These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Monvio application and related services (the "Service"), operated by Apptico Ltd ("Monvio", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Monvio is a personal-finance application that lets you connect your financial accounts and view your balances, transactions, holdings and related insights in one place. The Service is provided for your personal, informational use.
To use core features you may connect third-party financial accounts. By connecting an account, you authorise us and the connection providers described in our Privacy Policy to access and retrieve information from that account on your behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent that you are entitled to grant this access for any account you connect. You may disconnect an account at any time from within the app.
The Service presents information about your own accounts and computes insights from that information. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, accounting or legal advice, and nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Always verify figures against your institution's official statements before relying on them.
Account data is retrieved from third-party providers and your financial institutions and may be delayed, incomplete, or temporarily unavailable. We do not guarantee that the data shown is accurate, current, or complete, and we are not responsible for errors originating from third-party providers or institutions.

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your own data), is owned by Monvio and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your personal use, subject to these Terms.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from within the app; deleting your account permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Monvio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
We may modify the Service and these Terms from time to time. When we change these Terms we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, ask you to accept the updated Terms in the app. Continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
